Our school is proud to announce the #EduFoodHack hybrid hackathon! This hackathon will be an event in which our students work together with classrooms across Europe to tackle the complex issue of food waste and promote sustainability and innovation in education and in the food industry. Through thorough research and the implementation of design thinking techniques and agile cooperation, they will take a deep dive into real challenges that are faced by society.

We believe that preparing our students for the future is best done by using the real world as a basis for education. This way learning has a true purpose and will have an impact, not only on the student, but also on the world around them. By cooperating with classrooms in other European countries, they will be able to utilise a new, culturally diverse perspective to tackle these issues and learn to think outside of the box. Using these special design methods, they will ideate, create and share solutions that will likely surprise all of us.
