Dear ... and parents, Tackling food waste and innovating education: The #EduFoodHack hybrid hackathon is here! Our school is putting together a special event in which our students work together with classrooms across Europe in order to solve complex issues around food waste in the real world. Thoroughly researching problems, processes and prototyping possible solutions, they will take up a challenge that society is desperately wanting to solve. By the end of this intensive educative event the stories of our student-teams and their final solutions will be presented to a jury and an audience of peers, family members, teachers, innovators and others. At this hackathon, participants will learn how to properly look at problems and be truly effective at solving them in order to better the world around them. We are inviting all students at our school to come and see all the creative and possibly ground-breaking solutions the student-teams will have come up with by the end of this event. We would love to see you and your parents at this grand finale of the #EduFoodHack hybrid hackathon!
